Q: If I do not show up for my appointment, will I be charged?

A: Yes, you will be charged a surcharge of  100%  weekends unless you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Please,keep in mind this policy protects the time of technicians as well as the establishment.

Q: Can my child/infant come with me to the salon?

A: We love children at MINT Salon, but we cannot supervise unattended children. They must be accompanied by an adult  and remain in the waiting area so that other clients may completely enjoy their services. Children may not accompany their parent into a treatment room,or service areas of the salon due to the fact that safety cannot be guaranteed.

 

Q: What if I am late for my appointment?

A: We will accommodate you as well as possible. The client following you is entitled to his or her full appointment time. Arriving late for your appointment will minimize your experience and may diminish the quality of your service.We must ensure that the next guest’s scheduled service will not be delayed. We will however reschedule only when necessary.

 

Q. What are the stipulations relating to changes to work performed?

A. Requests for changes to any services performed, must be made within 7 days of the date of service.

. Chemical services are only guaranteed when the recommended home care support systems are purchased at the time of service. Changes to work will be made after a consultation is performed in person.

 

Q.What are the stipulations relating to any expressed or implied guarantee.

A. Improper care of hair including overexposure to sun or salt water void any guarantee. Chemical services are only guaranteed when the recommended home care support systems are purchased at the time of service. Any additional work necessary will be fulfilled after a consultation is performed in person, and an agreement is met..

 

Q.What are the terms regarding promotions?

A.The terms promotion refers,but is not limited to Coupons,vouchers,discounts, series,rewards,and donations.Only one promotion may be applied per visit. We reserve the right to discontinue, any promotion without notice. This includes accumulated rewards. Promotions are only in effect when a product, or service is available. No promotion including series may be shared or split.
